Harry Potter Theme Park

I can't decide if I'm intrigued or disgusted by the prospect of a Harry Potter Theme Park in Florida. As much as I love the Harry Potter series, this just seems like the ultimate sellout. The park, which will open in 2009 in the already commercially saccharine saturated waste land of Orlando, will feature rides based on the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry campus. The park is a great, money making venture that will be sure to produce great profit. But the existence of such a commercial monstrosity only further undermines the integrity and brilliance of the novels. Despite that though, I have to admit I'm kind of curious, dare I say, excited about the idea of pretending I am a fifth year Ravenclaw scurrying to my Defense Against the Dark Arts class while preparing for my O.W.L. exams...
